MISSI (Sister in local language), the female wing of the organization was established on 8th March 1995 to cater the specific needs of women and to mainstream them by promoting their rights and eliminating all types of discrimination against them. MISSI has established its recognition at state level for- Protection of the rights of women,  their Socio-economic empowerment and providing need based services.

Rehabilitation Wing 'UDDHAR'

Rehabilitation wing of the Organization is devoted to enhancing the quality of life of persons with special needs and helping their parents to adjust effectively with the existing conditions and lead their life in meaningful way. Community Based Rehabilitation and Inclusive education are our main strategies.  CSS is the pioneer Organization to adopt this strategies in the state.  We also extend our support to development organization for starting Regabilitation services

Education & Child Rights

Srishti is the Educational wing of the organization  CSS. Since its inception in the year 1968 has been providing education to under privileged section of the society. Child Rights are one of the our core focus areas. Besides advocating for the Child rights and supporting the Government for the same we do provide Primary Education and Sponsor children for better Education. We are also running campaign for elimination Trafficking and Child Marriage. Restoration, Rescue, medical support are our other activities.

Arts & Cultural  Wing, 'NAGPURI SANSTHAN'

CSS has been devoted for the Preservation and Promotion of Arts and Culture of Jharkhand. It is not only an issue of "Jharkhandi" identity and but a strong medium to reach out the people and influence them.  Nagpuri Sansthan  is an associated wing of CSS, with its head office at Pithoria, Kanke. Promotion of  Tribal and Regional languages, local Dances, local artists and writers etc. are our specific activities.
